ST350 Portable Microphone System

The portable ST350 offers SoundField’s unique technology in a miniaturised package. Dispensing with the compromises associated with portable recording the ST350 system consists of a lightweight microphone and fully featured compact mic-pre/control unit - both have been designed from the ground up to offer state of the art performance. The ST350 generates surround and stereo simultaneously on balanced line level outputs. The new microphone electronics are capable of driving long cable runs enabling the microphone to be positioned hundreds of metres away or alternatively hand held on a short boom close to its control unit.

What are the improvements over the ST250?

1) Smaller size 110mm (w), 130mm (d), 48mm (h) and lighter (610g) rugged aluminium control box.

2) Highly matched (between channels) low noise/distortion mic-pre’s with discretely switched gain steps.

3) Simultaneous Stereo and Surround sound (B-Format) balanced line level outputs.

4) Universal 12V DC input (input range from 10v to 16v).

5) Low Power consumption (approx. 7Watts).

6) Compact and rugged Lemo connectors for mic input and B-Format output/stereo outputs balanced XLR.
